We truly want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us. If something isn't right with your order due to our mistake, we're here to make it right.

Because every piece is carefully sourced and prepared with attention to detail, we request you to kindly read our policy before placing your order.

If you receive:

  • An incorrect product
  • An incorrect size due to our error

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll be happy to assist you.

To help us resolve your concern quickly, kindly share:

  • An unboxing video from the moment the package is opened
  • Clear photographs of the product

Our team will carefully review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Size Exchange

We understand that online shopping can sometimes make choosing the right size difficult.

That's why we offer a one-time size exchange, subject to stock availability.

To be eligible:

  • The outfit must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Original tags and packaging should be intact.
  • Reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

We recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order, and if you ever need sizing assistance, we're always happy to help before you purchase.

Refund Policy

Our first priority is always to replace the product whenever possible.

If a replacement is unavailable, your approved refund will be issued as Store Credit.

Your Store Credit:

  • Can be used on any future purchase from Riwayat by Nishat
  • Is valid for 12 months
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person

This allows you to shop from any future collection while ensuring the value of your purchase is always preserved.

Orders That Cannot Be Returned

To maintain product quality and hygiene for all our customers, we are unable to accept returns for:


  • Minor colour variations due to photography or screen settings
  • Sale or clearance products
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without original tags

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
